Customer Service Applicants

This position requires excellent customer service qualities. A self-motivator who is able to take initiative and has basic computer/math skills. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a good working relationship with fellow staff members (team player).

Customer Service Duties Include: Greeting and checking in scenic passengers and climbers, collecting payments, answering phone calls, taking reservations as well as responding to email inquiries, processing online reservations & being a team player. In addition, a welcoming personality, ability to maintain excitement through a long season for tourist. Curiosity to troubleshoot problems.  

Strong communications skills, solid knowledge of MS office, general bookkeeping, and office management procedures.

Ability to multi-task and strong problem-solving skills.

Team player approach, with solid communication skills amongst peers.
